Lets be clear. No matter how much you get excited about being on your own, do not express that emotion in class with private conversation about it. Do not talk in class unless it is part of the organized discussion. Sure, you may whisper something to you neighbor about the lecture, and that is cool as long as it is quite, but do not be vocal and rude because you just shit an idea.
